Chorus

Our chorus, MK Acapella, was founded in 1985.

The Chorus Director is Eddie Kidby, we have about 25 members and have found a steady increase in our membership over recent years.

Christmas Chorus

This increase I believe is mainly attributed to the Christmas Chorus ran by MK Acapella. The Chrismas Chorus is open to whoever wishes to join in. We learn various Christmas Carols and seasonal songs mainly sang in the barbershop style though Some standard Carols are often included.
By taking part in the Christmas Chorus, you can enjoy it as something to do but it also gives you the opportunity to see if barbershop singing is something you want to get involved in as a hobby.
The Chistmas Chorus is not run every year so you may wish to find out if it will be run this year. Sometimes they run a singing course instead of, or in addition to, the Christmas Chorus.
